At The Stitchy Flamingo, we want you to love your stitchy goodies. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Because many of our products are handmade, cut-to-order, or limited-run, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 5 days of delivery at TheStitchyFlamingo@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Cut canvas
• Custom or personalized items
• Digital downloads
• Sale or clearance items
• Opened fibers, threads, or accessories

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or packed for shipment.
