At The Stitchy Flamingo, every order is packed with lots of love, a little flamingo flair, and probably a dangerous amount of excitement from us.

We know you’re ready to start stitching, so we do our best to get your goodies out the door as quickly as possible!

Processing Time

Printed canvases and in stock accessories typically ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Hand Painted canvases will ship within 14-21 business days.

Please keep in mind that during collection launches, sales, holidays, or extra-busy stitchy seasons, processing times may take a little longer. We’re a small business, and every package is packed carefully by hand.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Once your order heads out into the world, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can obsessively stalk your happy mail like the rest of us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is unfortunately out of our flamingo hands.

The Stitchy Flamingo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered. If something looks off with tracking, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first—but we’ll always try to help however we can.

Double Check That Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, email us ASAP at TheStitchyFlamingo@gmail.com. Once an order ships, we can not reroute it.
